It is not every day that a major planet makes a once-in-165-year entry into a sign, but that is precisely what is about to happen this month. Neptune will enter your sign on February 3 and remain in Pisces for the coming fourteen years. In every respect, Neptune is coming home. Neptune rules Pisces and will exert its best qualities while in its own sign. You will, of course, take to this new trend easily and naturally. Many people never get to experience Neptune in their sign, but because Neptune is your ruling planet, this will make the coming years all the more delicious.

Neptune's greatest gift to you will be to greatly expand your imagination and your creativity, and as such, you are the prefect sign to accept those gifts. You will be encouraged to express yourself in completely new ways, to be innovative and experimental. If you work in the creative sphere, this shift of Neptune will, of course, seem like a miracle. Suddenly the world is listening to you, dear Pisces, for you will be setting the tone.

The twelfth house, where Neptune has been based for fourteen years, is symbolic of the primordial waters of creation, and is also symbolic of the time prior to your birth, as you were being formed within your mother. You are ready to be born now in new form, dear Pisces. Your identity will be refreshed and reinvented. Suddenly many eyes will be on you. Your appearance may change and be upgraded, and your face may start to be recognized by a much wider audience.

Your image may be known on TV, or in important print or Internet media, and you will likely become known by those in your industry or the world at large. Soon everyone will want your take on a variety of issues, including questions of style, beauty, politics, art, and design. You won't have to wait too long to see Neptune's power to bring exciting opportunity and change.

On February 21, a new moon in Pisces 3 degrees will appear and Neptune will orbit very close. This is your moment! Take all fortunate breaks that come up at this time seriously. Don't ask others their opinion about whether you should do this or that - you know yourself well enough. It is your decision.

Two heavyweights, Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, and Pluto, the planet of pure power, will walk with Neptune at this new moon, like two dignitaries accompanying Neptune to his new place of honor. Pluto is about mass influence and financial gain, and Jupiter brings happiness, expansion, and his own brand of financial good fortune - when together, your luck will become bigger and more powerful. This all suggests that you will amass a cadre of staunch supporters. Pluto is in your house of community and friendship, so you seem to have a constituency who will want you to gain in popularity and position.

Jupiter is currently in your communications house, so your talent in these arts, to write, speak, edit, direct, act, sell, translate, perform, or manage any other part of the communication process, will come together to bring success.

Lately you may have had your share of detractors or critics. Perhaps it has not been many, but only one person. Mars, now in the seventh house, is aching for a fight, for Mars is now in the place in the chart where sometimes competitors come out and make their feelings known. You may not have felt this, not unless your birthday falls within the two weeks of March 7 to 21. If your birthday falls within those days, but especially on or near March 12, you know what I am talking about. You may have had a challenger or difficult partner, in love or business. You could not ignore this person, so you were forced to strike back. Pisces is often thought to be too meek for battle, but now, if anyone underestimated your will to stand up for yourself, they will be sorry.

Mars is now retrograde, a situation that started on January 23, and will continue until April 13. Think back to January 23, what happened within three days of that date. Mars is the natural ruler of your second house of income, so money may have formed a big part of the discussion. Funds due you may be delayed, or disputed, but again, more likely if you were born near March 12, plus or minus five days. Watch again on April 13 when the same discussion will come up, but at that time, you'll get more information.

Saturn has been pressing on you and causing you complex problems with money and credit. Saturn will leave in October, thank goodness, but for now, Saturn is about to retrograde too, from February 7 to June 25. Saturn becomes weaker in retrograde, which in this case may be helpful. He won't have so much bite, and you can take the time to rethink and reorganize financial affairs. You might renegotiate an ongoing contract too - see how this fits into your life.

Still, there will be immediate upbeat news about money. Venus will move into your income sector from February 8 to March 5, and that alone will help your cash flow.

Watch Thursday, February 9, when you may receive very good news about money. Venus will conjoin Uranus then, in your house of personal income. You are likely to hear such happy financial news, you will be thrilled. It's alternatively possible you may receive a gift - one that you love.

The full moon of February 7 in Leo 18 degrees, will light your solar sixth house of work assignments. That week is likely to be a busy one. All full moons have an area of influence that extends four days before and after the date the full moon appears, so keep that in mind. Expect one or more work projects to come to fruition. Leo, the sign where the full moon will appear, is a luxury sign, so perhaps the product or service you will be working on is expensive or exclusive in some way. If you are speaking, perhaps you will appear in a private club or other esteemed venue. It sounds like you will find this moment quite gratifying! The special part is that you will have a chance to make a good sum of money as a result of what comes to fruition.

Keep your health strong this week, as you may lower your resistance if you are stretched too thin.

Romantically, Venus will still be in Pisces, lucky you, from February 1 to 7, favoring you above all others. If you are single, your charisma will be strong. Consider going out over February 4-5 - the moon will be in Cancer so these two days should be heavenly. By then, Neptune will be in Pisces, so the stage will be set and the cosmos will roll out the red carpet for you.

If you are attached, Valentine's Day, February 14, may be very sweet this year. Mercury is the planet that governs your spouse or steady date, because it is the planet that governs your solar seventh house of commitment, marriage and established partnerships, and collaborations. Mercury will be chatting up other planets. Those conversations will benefit you. Keep a very important point in mind when I tell you about these lovely Mercury aspects - all aspects have a plus or minus of one to two days from the day an aspect "hits" so that means that you will still feel their glow on Valentine's Day.

On February 13, Mercury will dine with Neptune, helping to set the scene for a very glamorous, sparkling message that may come that day or the day after. On the same day, Mercury will meet with Saturn, so promises made will be promises kept. On February 16, you will have Mercury in perfect angle to Jupiter, making this a wonderful day for a romantic trip or for sharing feelings and dreams for the future.

The month will end on a spectacular weekend, February 25-26, when Jupiter and the Sun will be in sync, and together will cook up sensational opportunities for you. That weekend is worth four gold stars! You may travel, near or far, or you may just have a great time when you find that just about everything goes your way. Your good fortune will begin Friday, February 24. If your birthday falls on these days, you will be doubly fortunate.

On February 29, when Pluto and the Sun align, you will get outstanding help from a high level friend. It's a wow of a time. Pisces, you've suffered through certain parts of 2007-2011, but now, you come into your own.

Pisces born within five days of February 21 (the new moon), or near February 25-28, will not only love February, but can look forward to a whole year ahead of fresh starts and wonderful opportunities. Jupiter, Pluto, and Neptune will each contribute gifts - your time is coming, dear Pisces! Rarely have you seen a year like the one that is to start!

Romance will be best: February 1-7 but 4-5 will be most special, February 13, 14, 16, 17-18, 21, 22, 24-26 (gold star), and 28.

This is sure to be a monumental month for Pisces. Neptune, your visionary ruler, will enter Pisces - and its home base for Neptune - on February 3. Neptune has a very slow orbit around the Sun, taking approximately 165 years to make a complete revolution, so no one alive today has ever experienced this lovely placement of Neptune in Pisces. Pisces is the very best sign for Neptune to visit to bring out the most artistic and poetic side to your nature because Neptune rules your sign, as well as all the cultural arts, and will work hard to stimulate your imagination. The last time Neptune toured Pisces, it was from 1847-1862, so this influence will be brand new.

Back in 1862, it was just after the introduction of the Age of Romanticism. The spirit of those years was taking hold, and the second generation of poets, artists, and composers were pushing their new form of expression forward with passion and vigor. That period is now called the Victorian Age. Poetry, music, art, and other cultural forms were exploding with new ways of expression. Today we can expect to see a renaissance of the arts, with you, dear Pisces - your opinions, attitude, and style - at the vanguard of this movement. Neptune is your ruler and will favor your sign over all others in the coming fourteen years. Develop your talents, dear Pisces - the world will be attentive to your ideas and will be enthusiastic about hearing what you have to present.

Now let's turn to the other actions of planets this month. The full moon in Leo on February 7 will bring a big project to fullness within four days of this date. Conserve your strength after your big project is over - you will be using a lot of energy.

You've been under difficult aspects involving money, due to Saturn's tour of your chart, when it comes to credit / loan / taxes since mid-2009. No matter how hard you tried to keep control of your money, unexpected expenses kept coming up to set you back again. Now, good news is due for a change. A project that reaches fullness near February 7 is likely to bring you a generous amount of cash.

Wait - there's more reason to be optimistic. You may receive an unexpected check two days later February 9, thanks to the pairing of gentle Venus and surprise-a-minute Uranus. This day is likely to be one of your best of the month for financial news. Venus will remain in your solar second house of income from February 7 to March 5, so the whole month of February should be upbeat for your cash flow.

Pisces seem to be writing, speaking, or communicating in a new way these days, and you are learning new skills that you are rapidly putting to good use. You might be a designer who has recently taken a turn at directing movies, or a writer who is now a spokesperson for a company, as two of many examples. This month will encourage you to show off your flair for one special phase of the communication arts.

Something magical is happening later in the month when a golden triangle configuration forms a link to Pluto (transformations), Mars (action and energy), and Jupiter (happiness and financial growth). All three of these elements will work together to bring you thundering applause from your fan base, and your agent / lawyer or other middleman will be the person to bring the opportunity to light. The words you write or say this month will move people as never before. Pluto and Jupiter will see to it that you make money from the work you do then.

All this energy will be set in motion at the new moon February 21 and open a portal of two weeks. What you do then will have the power to improve your lifestyle for the better in the whole year to come. February-born Pisces will feel this energy most, but in time, all Pisces will have a turn.

The whole end of February is due to be spectacular, but you may want to pay special attention to what occurs when Jupiter beams the Sun, February 24-26. If you need help from an influential friend, ask on February 28, and Pluto will come to your aid.

Romance should glitter brightly too. Single Pisces will enjoy having Venus in Pisces during the first week of February, from February 1-7. Get ready for this sterling phase by looking your best. The weekend of February 4-5 should be quite divine for your love or looks, but so will the time from February 21-29.

This month reflects 29 days, as a nod to Leap Year, the time when male and female roles are often reversed, and, as tradition goes, a woman can feel free to make the marriage proposal rather than wait for her partner to make the first move. You may see this as quaint, but if you want, have fun with this! This is great timing, for if you have been dating seriously for some time, you may be ready to commit to an engagement soon, perhaps as soon as early as next month, on the beautiful full moon, March 8.

A project will wrap up on February 7, plus or minus four days. Conserve your energy and plan for rest after this phase is over. You'll be busy!

Money luck may strike unexpectedly on February 9, but actually the whole month looks bright.

Sign a contract February 15-16 when agreements made have powerful potential.

Your ability to write, speak, and create is going to be incredibly strong all month, thanks to a grand trine going on between Pluto, Jupiter, and Mars.

Why My Book Is Late

All year I was listening hard to all that you asked me on Twitter and Facebook. I realized how valiantly you were all coping with the challenges that a difficult world economy had wrought, and how dearly you needed to know which areas of your life would be bring you the greatest progress and happiness.

I had a manuscript almost ready, but thinking about your words, I felt I had to add much more material to it. What you asked me and what you said on my social networking pages kept echoing in my mind. So in November, I announced to my team I was lengthening the book dramatically. I was adding chapters and doubling each sign's chapter from what I had already written, which are now almost four times as long as my regular Astrology Zone forecasts. Only you can be the judge of what I have done, but I feel this book, still in progress, is the best book I have ever written. It would be easier if I didn't have to stop to write 40,000 words for Astrology Zone each month, but of course, I would always do that!

I set out to create a book that would help you every day of the year. Why, I asked myself, write a good book when I could stretch and push myself to create a great one for you. By now you know I am a perfectionist. My revamped book is the very best I have ever done. It is not finished yet, but I am working every day around the clock on it. It will be wrapped in joy and happiness and it will be of value to you. I have no idea when it will be done, but I know there is great urgency. I am working every minute on it.

There are authors of books out there that pretend to be my book and many of you have written to say you bought their book in error. You only noticed when, you said, it didn't sound like me. My book, a quality paperback book, is not sold in stores; you can only get it here on my website. My book's cover is all over this website - it must look like this cover and have the title, "The Year Ahead 2012" by Susan Miller.

You asked about digital versions. My book WILL be available on all versions of Kindle, Nook, and iPad. Apple has a long waiting process for publishers posting a manuscript, so the other two digital versions, on Nook and Kindle, will appear before the iPad.

In the meantime, please order my calendar, The Year Ahead 2012, which is ready. I carefully wrote in each important day, and all the explanations are in easy-to-understand English. I do not use glyphs or astrological language in my calendar; everything is explained in a crystal clear way for a layman. I know you just want to know what is coming and how to plan for it!

To create my book and calendar, and to prepare for my talks, I memorized 312 charts (13 lunar months times 12 signs, times two lunations each month: a new moon and a full moon). I started this in April. I memorize all the aspects because sometimes something happening in one part of the sky will influence an aspect happening in another part of the sky - no aspect can be taken alone, by itself. For example, last year, on what was to be the luckiest day of the year, April 6 (Jupiter conjunct the Sun), we also had Saturn opposed to the Sun on the same day, completely washing out the happiness of the luckiest day of the year. I didn't even discuss it in my book - how could I? You see how I have to be vigilant to all parts of the sky for you - you are depending on me to do my homework thoroughly.

Many of you know my mother was extremely ill with pneumonia this summer and in intensive care and then in a nursing home for physical therapy for four weeks. My sister and I were at her side every day to help bring her back to her former strong health by showing her love and attentiveness to all her medical matters, and when she could eat, we brought homemade meals. Little Mom is well now. She is home, and doctors, who were ready to give up on her, cannot get over the remarkable recovery she has made.

I don't regret one minute the time I gave her to get her well again, even though it did take time away from my writing. She has no one but my sister and I to depend upon - together we worked as a team to get Little Mom well. This year the holidays were especially poignant, as we watched her blue eyes sparkle with delight in being with her four grandchildren, who had gathered around her at home to give her love, presents, and kisses.

Discover your rising sign, the most important element to learn!

If you don't know your rising sign, you won't get quite as much out of my monthly forecasts on Astrology Zone or my daily forecasts on cell phones (or delivered to your email box daily by Daily Astrology Zone). To have your chart done, you would need to know your precise time of birth, to the minute. If you do know it, then you would be wise to have your natal chart done. Once you do, you can memorize your rising sign, for it will never change. This explains why all Aries are not alike, or all Gemini - we are all a beautiful, rich combination of the rising sign and Sun sign, as well as a tapestry of the other planets. On the day you were born, the pattern in the sky will never be repeated in time or space - you are truly unique. What a magical piece of information!

Your natal chart will never change - it stays the same for life! You need only do your natal chart once and never again. Once you do have your chart, you will get more insight into your innate gifts and personality strengths.
